Arthur Marshall, 87, of LaPorte, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at LaPorte Hospital.  He was born November 14, 1930 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Arthur and Molly (Carpenter) Marshall.  On July 4, 1975 he married Joanne (Klimek) Condo who survives.  Also surviving him are his children Sherry Hagenow of Hamlet, Karen Condo of Lake Station, Marc (Shelley Schoof) Condo of Everett, Pennsylvania, Carter Marshall of Chesterton, his sister Mary of Michigan, several grandchildren and many great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his loving first wife Greathel, his children Glenn, Ronnie, Michael, Wanda Linda, Pamela, three sisters and one brother.  Arthur was a member of the Free United Baptist Church in North Judson, and a former member of the Eagles Lodge. He worked for many years as a truck driver at LaPorte Bottle Gas, United Black Top Paving in Westville, and also worked independently driving a truck.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 20th  at Newhard Funeral Home, 58 W. Walnut St. in Westville.  Pastor Ed Trusty will officiate. Burial will be at Westville cemetery. Visitation will be Friday January 19th from 3-7 PM at the funeral home. www.newhardfuneralhome.com
