Raymond G. “Budd” Kennedy, 69, of Satsuma, Florida formerly of Westville, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in Wabash, Indiana. He was born April 29, 1948 in Conneaut, Ohio to Merle “Tom” and Gladys (Parris) Kennedy. On September 18, 1987 he married Gale Davis Hein who survives. Budd is also survived by his children Carrie Walker of Westville, Stacy (Mike) Okray of Westville, Krista Garus of Westville and Steven (Jacque) Hein of San Diego, California, six grandchildren, his sister Marie Quick of North Manchester, Indiana, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Tomma Rae Kennedy. Budd was affiliated with the Heart of the Hills Christian Church in Rochester, Michigan. He was a retired truck driver and an ordained minister. At this time there are no services or visitation for Budd.
