Brett Teddy Ricks

Brett T. Ricks 62 of Plymouth formerly of Union Mills passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in South Bend. He was born May 27, 1960 in LaPorte to Ernest “Bud” and Betty (Webb) Ricks. Brett is survived by his sister Sherry (Chuck) Eaton of Union Mills and his brother Douglas (Nancy) Ricks of Koontz Lake, Indiana; his nieces Lisa Garrison and Dawn Ricks and his nephew Tommy Slone. He was preceded in death by his parents and his baby brother Dana. Brett was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #295 in Union Mills and had attended Union Baptist Church in Union Mills. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon on Monday, January 9th at Newhard Funeral Home, 58 W. Walnut St in Westville. Pastor Bill Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in Hanna Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
