Catherine D. Hendershott

Catherine D. Hendershott, 65, of Westville, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family.  Catherine was born to Harold and Dolores (Doughty) Irvine, and Stepparents Bill and Faye Ebert on April 29th , 1958 in Paducah, KY.  Catherine loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Catherine loved Nascar, Jewelery, Shopping, and getting her nails done. Catherine is survived by her Husband Roy Hendershott, of Westville, IN., whom she married on June 26th, 1999, in Black Oak, IN.  Catherine is also survived by her 2 Sons Nicholas Irvine (Connie), of Lake Station, and son Charles Wilson (Caitlyn) of Westville, IN.  She is also survived by her sisters Tina Madison (Dan) of Merrillville, IN, Rhonda Mussman (Jeff) of La Porte, IN, and Brother Bill Ebert (Denise) of Tavares, FL.  Catherine is also survived by many, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16th, from 3 pm-7pm and Funeral Service will be on Thursday, August 17th, at 12:00 pm, at Newhard Funeral Home. A graveside service is scheduled immediately following at Westville Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Hawkins will officiate.  Newhard Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
