Christopher Allen Coffey

Christopher A. Coffey, 47 of Michigan City, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022 at home. He was born January 28, 1975 in Hammond, Indiana to George W. and Mary E. (Massengale) Coffey. Christopher is survived by his father George of Westville, his brothers and sisters Tammy (Aaron) Cauley of Santa Fe, Texas, Jeff (Kelly) Coffey of LaPorte, Jennifer Gail of Sante Fe, Texas and Greg (Patricia) Coffey of LaPorte; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Mary. Christopher was a construction laborer working out of Union Local #41 in Munster. He was a 1994 Chesterton High School graduate. Services for Christopher will be Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Newhard Funeral Home, 58 W. Walnut St. in Westville. Chaplain Nina Kohl and Paul Hannon and will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 pm Saturday, until the time of services
