Obituary
Jacqueline A. Shrader, 79, of LaPorte, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. She was born August 2, 1943 in LaPorte to Roy William and Helen Carrol (Schultz) Shrader. Jacqueline is survived by her son Michael (Lisa) Shrader of LaPorte, her grandchildren Shawna Shrader, Michaela (Josh) Dineen and Ben Shrader; her sister Karen (Jim) Christianson of Idaho and her brother William (Pam) Shrader of Florida. Preceding her in death are her father Roy Shrader and her mother Helen Reed. Jacqueline was retired from the Westville Correctional Center where she was a business clerk for many years and she was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in LaPorte. Private family services are being held for Jacqueline. Burial will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte. Newhard Funeral Home in Westville has been entrusted with arrangements.
