Julia A. Canady, 83 of Westville, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at home. She was born December 1, 1937 in Carterville, Illinois to William and Hilda (Brown) Garavaglia. She was married to Daniel Canady, Sr. who preceded her in death on January 12, 2006. Julia is survived by her cousins Terry Guy of South Haven and Diane Guy of Chesterton; and her stepsons Douglas Canady of Westville and Daniel Canady, Jr. of Michigan City and her stepdaughter Dawn Keene (Canady) of Michigan City; and a granddaughter Jennelle Nichole Keene and a great granddaughter Anneliese R. Keene of Valparaiso. As per her request there are no visitation or services. Newhard Funeral Home in Westville is in charge of arrangements.
