Katha L Nash

Katha Lorene Nash, 73 of Westville, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020. She was born March 21, 1947 in South Bend, Indiana to Robert William and Lorraine J. (Hamilton) Smith.  On April 4, 1965 in South Bend, she married James C. Nash who passed away October 10, 2002.  Katha is survived by her sons Robert Nash of Westville and Jonathan Nash of Westville, her grandchildren Bryan Michael Nash, Aaron William Nash, Jeremy Nash, Angie Nash, Crystal Nash and her adopted granddaughter Breanna Werttergren. Her sister Gayle Hall (Smith) also survives her. Preceding Katha in death besides her husband are her son Joseph Nash and James Nash, Jr. and her parents.   Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 20th at Newhard Funeral Home, 58 W. Walnut St. in Westville. Deacon Vincent Taylor, Sr. will officiate. Burial will be in Westville Cemetery. Visitation for Katha will be on Friday, 4-7 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
