Paula May (Richey) Garbison Wade

Paula May Richey Garbison Wade, 86 of LaPorte formerly of Wanatah and Westville, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022. She was born March 18, 1936 in Donaldson, Indiana to Paul Raymond and Clara Marie (Beerwart) Richey. Paula is survived by her son Jeffrey Lee (Ed Wilson) Garbison of Westville, two sisters, five brothers, nine grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews. Paula was preceded in death by her daughter Susan O’Day, her first husband Bernie Garbison, her second husband Jerry Wade, her parents Paul Richey and Clara Bennett, and two brothers. Graveside services for Paula will take place with her family and friends at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 1st at Hanna Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Dunes Hospice, 4711 Evans Ave., Valparaiso, IN 46383. Newhard Funeral Home in Westville is in charge of arrangements.
