Obituary

Priscilla Cass, 82, of Westville, passed away on October 13, 2022.  She was born on July 30,1940 in Chicago, Illinois.  In June of 1979 she married Lewis Cass, who survives her.  For years Priscilla worked as a pharmacy Tech at the Westville Correctional Center.  She had belonged to Tri Kappa and was a member of the Westville American Legion Auxiliary.  Priscilla had many activities she enjoyed but nothing was more special than doting on her husband Lewis.  She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, catching up with her classmates, and watching her beloved Wheel of Fortune on TV.  She is survived by her children, Doug (Kim) Zeese of Texas, Pam (Jim) Combs of LaPorte, and Jennifer (Bill) Schott of Valparaiso.  She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  Priscilla was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 1 brother.  A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 3:00 until 7:00 PM, at Newhard Funeral Home in Westville.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
