Ramona D. "Monie" (Knoll) Musgrave

Ramona D. “Monie” Musgrave,81 of Otis, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022. She was born April 10, 1941 in Michigan City to Andrew and Helen (Lasky) Knoll. Ramona is survived by her children Lori (Joe) Kazmierzak of Missouri, James (Starla) Musgrave of LaPorte, John Musgrave of Otis, Susan (Tony) Settele of Wheeler, Andy (Amy) Musgrave of Otis, Paul (Shannon Wyels) Musgrave of South Bend; many grandchildren, several great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren.  Her sisters Norma Gushrowski of Michigan City and Alberta Clouse of LaPorte; and her brother Danny Knoll of Michigan City also survive her. She was preceded in death by her daughter Katherine Wilkey, grandsons Joshua and Jasper; and her parents. Ramona worked as a cook for at the L & G Restaurant in Westville for many years and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Otis. Some of the things Ramona will be most remembered for are her love for gardening, canning and the loving way she raised and cared for her seven children. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 25th at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Otis. Rev. John Zemelko will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at Newhard Funeral Home, 58 W. Walnut St. in Westville and Wednesday from 10 AM with procession to the cemetery for burial.
