William B Hughart

William B. Hughart, 64 of Union Mills, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 10, 1958 in Valparaiso to Eugene D. and Gloria A. (Johnson) Hughart. On March 28, 1992 he married Mary Beth Rinker who survives. William is also survived by his children William B. (fiancée Megan) Hughart Jr. Union Mills, Jill Good of Union Mills, William E. Hughart of Portage, Shannon Hughart of LaPorte, Stephanie (William) Simmons of Kouts, and Michael (Monika) Hughart of LaPorte; 17 grandchildren and one great granddaughter; and his sister Brenda (Sean) Hughart-Hill of Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents. William was a firefighter on the Noble Township Volunteer Fire Department and attended Heartland Christian Church in Valparaiso. Funeral services for William will be 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Newhard Funeral Home in Westville. Pastor Phil Willingham will officiate. Burial will be in Union Mills Cemetery.
