Peggy Rinker, 77 of Union Mills passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 in LaPorte.  She was born March 1, 1939 in LaPorte to Harry and Alice (DeWitte) Chadderdon.  On February 1, 1955, she married Ronald R. Rinker who passed away August 1, 1998.  Peggy is survived by her son Daniel W. (Lisa) Rinker, her daughters, Joanne McGugin, Kathleen (Paul) Taylor, Mary (Bill) Hughart Theresa (Jim) Heirbrandt, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, and her sister Lois Mitchell.  In addition to her husband Ronald, she was preceded in death by her son Ronald D. Rinker, her parents, her brother Harry Chadderdon and sister Phyllis Messman.  Peggy was a retired school bus driver from the South Central School system for which she worked for many years.  Funeral services will be at 7:30 PM on Monday, September 26th at Newhard Funeral Home in Westville.  Pastor John Beehler will officiate.  Private burial will take place at Hanna Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:30 PM until the time of services.
